Use a gentle scrub once a week
Once a week exfoliate your chest area while avoiding the nipples. It is good to use a scrub that you use for your face because face scrubs are usually gentler than body scrubs. You can also mix up a homemade scrub and use it on your chest area. Pay particular attention to the skin under and between the breasts – the biggest amount of dead skin cells accumulates there. Rinse off the scrub with warm water and apply a light moisturizer to moisturize the skin.
Massage your chest area
Every day, in the morning or the evening when you shower, massage your chest area with a soft bath sponge. It will make the skin smooth and silky and it’ll also strengthens the skin and make it more tighter. This gentle massage improves the blood flow and strengthens the skin making it firmer. Another thing that you can do to firm the skin is to shower your chest for a few times with warm water first, then with cool water (but not too cold). This will also improve the circulation and make the skin tighter and firmer.
Strengthen your chest muscles
It’s misconception that chest exercises will make your breasts smaller or bigger. But strengthening your chest muscles will definitely give a little lift and make your breasts look firmer. There are many chest exercise that you can do on special machines in the gym, but you can also do chest exercises at home. Here’s an easy chest exercise that you can do easily at home: Place your palms in front of your chest and press them together (‘prayer’ position). Press your palms together as strong as you can, hold them for 3 seconds then relax them. Repeat 25 times.
Do a massage with oils
To make your skin tighter and smoother, massage your breast with your natural oil (avoid the nipples). All you have to do is to take a little bit of your favorite oil (coconut oil, avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil etc.) and massage your chest area gently with circular motion. You’ll immediately feel that your skin is smoother, moisturized and tighter.
Choose the correct bra
When we talk about how to take care of your breasts, we have to mention the right choice of bra. You bra is an important part of clothing that helps to maintain the shape and beauty of your breasts. This is especially important if you have large, full breasts, which should be well supported. Your bra shouldn’t be tight and uncomfortable. When choosing a bra, make sure that you choose the correct size and make sure that the bra straps are comfortable. It’s advisable to choose bras from natural materials that can absorb moisture and allow the skin to breathe.
Another thing that you should do is to immediately remove the bra when you get home from work, so your body will relax from the bra pressure. Be sure to remove your bra at night also and don’t sleep with it.
