Billy Blanks is the creator of the revolutionary Tae Bo fitness system, which helps millions of people in the world to be in excellent  shape and to feel great. Blanks is a world karate champion, actor, author, philanthropist and humanist.

Combining dance moves and Tae Kwon Do, he unexpectedly created the idea of Tae Bo, still in the 80s. In 1989 he began holding classes in Tae Bo in his garage. From its beginning until today his popularity only go upwards.
