Black rice against inflammation
U.S. scientists say the black rice can reduce inflammation in the body involved in diseases such as asthma, allergies, etc.
The flake of the black rice is not removed (like it is done in the brown one) so you can get all the most beneficial nutrients from the black version of the most used cereal.
Researchers have found that consumption of rice bran (husk of grains) block the production of histamine, which causes inflammation.
The study, demonstrated that frequent consuming of black rice reduced helps with dermatitis.
