Learn to listen. A good leader is inventive and have useful ideas. But a true leader is one who listens and takes into account the ideas of their colleagues.
Build your own attitude. The true leader always has her own opinion, for everything that surrounds it. Do not be afraid to state your opinion, whether people like it or not.
Protect your positions. Always protect the justification of your positions. Do not allow to find yourself in a situation to discuss stubbornly and without facts.
Improve your communication skills. An effective leader is one who knows how to express their ideas and views in a clear and understandable way.

Keep your external appearance neat. Try always to have a good appearance. You are not allowed to show up at work with greasy hair, dirty nails or not ironed clothing. The leader should always look like a leader to be respected by people around her.
