How to get rid of the chubby face

Often occurs when you increase your weight, your face to become more chubby. Sometimes you may notice that your face is chubbier without actually gaining any weight. In any case, nobody wants chubby face, because there’s nothing that can cover it.

Tips to get rid of the chubby face:

There are several ways that can help you get rid of fatty deposits on the face, without going under the cosmetic knife.

Reduce consumption of salt and alcohol. Alcohol and salt cause water retention in the body, and the face is inclined to retain water. Alcohol dehydrate the body and spoils your diet.
Drink plenty of water. Ideally, you should drink eight glasses of water a day. Very often the face becomes chubby due to lack of water. If it is boring to drink only water, add juice in it or lime or lemon. It will help to eliminate toxins from the body.
Eat fresh unprocessed food. Include raw vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. Avoid carbohydrates and sugars.
Enter more fibers and reduce the fat consumption. If you do that, your body will be healthier and have more energy.

In addition, you can do the following exercises for the face:

Smile. Whether with open or closed mouth, smile is a good way to exercise the muscles of the face.You can even make a face like the mouth of the fish. And this is a great way to move muscles. Practice in the mirror. Keep your smile 7-8 seconds and then relax. Repeat this 5-6 times.
Air cheeks. Close your mouth and breathe in with the left cheek. Keep the cheek in that position for 10 seconds, then relax and inflate the right cheek. Repeat this exercise six times.
