Homemade gelatin hair masks – hair lamination

Homemade gelatin hair masks - hair lamination

Beautiful hair makes you look and feel more feminine and you should try to make your hair healthy and strong. These homemade gelatin hair masks will strengthen your hair, make it shiny, soft and healthy. There is no need for you to go and buy some store bought hair masks, you can make a DIY homemade hair mask with gelatin and give life to your hair at home.

Hair lamination has been popular for quite some time and the main ingredient that has been used for hair lamination is gelatin. Gelatin contains many proteins that repair and restore the hair. If you use homemade hair masks with gelatin 2-3 times a month, you will notice that your hair is stronger and healthier. But you shouldn’t overdo with the gelatin hair masks, too much protein can make your hair quite dry.

The only downside is that these DIY gelatin hair treatments are not vegan and vegetarian. You need to use animal gelatin and it can’t substituted with other alternatives like agar agar because agar agar is polymer made up of subunits of the sugar galactose, while gelatin is composed mainly of proteins and protein is what your hair needs.
