What’s bad for the sex life
Scientists have repeatedly shown us that sex is extremely beneficial to our overall health.
Although it is rejuvenating and it is a way to burn the excess calories, you should not forget that there are factors that adversely affect the sex life.
Seksologists of University of Chicago named the three main reasons which may lead to ‘failures’ in the intimate life:
1. Bad food. Fast food, manufactured foods – all this reflect negatively on the sexuality. Particular attention should be paid to nutrition in adulthood.
2. Stress. When we are stressed, the body produces the hormone cortisol, which is responsible for the suppress of the libido.
3. Not enough sleep. Insomnia affects poor on the whole organism, and thus the sexual desire and energy lower.
