1. Enjoy outside with the kids.
If you spend some time with them (and join in their games) for 17 minutes, burning 100 calories are guaranteed. Furthermore, the children most likely will love it and it will be difficult to reject them and thus you’ll burn even more.

2. Do not rush to order food by phone but spend half an hour of food preparation.

3. Walk the dog for 20 minutes.
