1 day detox diet

This diet was created by American nutritionists and it lasts for only 1 day. But the unique combination of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and amino acids ensure effective cleansing of the stomach and intestines (provided that the diet is followed carefully!). Its specific goal is not weight loss, but cleansing the body of accumulated harmful substances and the rest of the gastrointestinal tract that will work the whole day in light regime.

What is allowed to eat:

– Early morning, after waking up – a cup of green tea;

– 8:00 – One cup of tea, 1 apple;

– 9:00 – half a cup of tea , mixed with the same amount of grape juice, 100 grams of grapes;

– 10:00 – 2 cups of green tea;

– 11:00 – half a cup of tea, mixed with the same amount of carrot juice, 1 apple;

– 12:00 – a glass of grape juice, 100 grams of grapes;

– 15:00 – 2 cups of green tea;

– 16:00 – half a cup of tea, mixed with the same amount of carrot juice;

– 17:00 – a glass of mineral water;

– 18:00 – 2-3 green or red peppers;

– 19:00 – half a cup of tea, mixed with the same amount of juice from apples or pears;

– Before going to bed: a cup of green tea.

Tip: Avoid black tea or other heavy tea. They contain too much caffeine. Use chamomile, mint, rose hip, tilia or fruit tea.
