The ideal age for having a child is 29 years
Women believe that 29 years is the ideal age for giving birth to their first child, a new research says.
Most women (59%) believe that, in that age period they have greater financial stability to be able to bear the costs that are needed for the child’s growth and believe that in this period of life they should have long and a stable relationship.
The research was done by company that makes fertility and pregnancy tests, and they needed to discover what women think about what can improve their fertility and what will increase the chances of becoming pregnant.
The results showed that 70% of women think that healthy diet can greatly increase the chances of conception, 60% believe it is the regular sex, and 42% are convinced that giving up alcohol would help them to get pregnant faster.
The study involved 3,000 women.
Interestingly, the survey found that 29 years is a popular age for a child. Regardless of age, the best advice is to stop smoking, reduce alcohol consumption and maintaining a healthy weight before you start trying to conceive.
Similar research was done last year. Then, 42% of women said the ideal age for creating a family is about 25 to 29 years and 17% said that there is no ideal age for child birth and that it is different for everyone.
