This is a great beauty trick for girls who like to apply mascara on their upper and lower lashes. When you apply your mascara, apply it on the lower lashes first, wait 10 seconds and then apply it on your upper lashes. This is the best way to apply mascara to avoid mascara smudges on your eyelids. When you apply mascara on the lower lashes, you probably have your eyes wide open and your upper lashes are touching your upper lid and if you apply mascara on the upper lashes first it’ll smudge onto your upper lid. To get the maximum effect of your hair conditioner, pour some conditioner in a microwave safe bowl and warm the conditioner in the microwave for 15 seconds on the lowest setting. You can also do this by pouring the desired amount of conditioner in a small metal container and placing the container in a bowl of hot water so when you’re finished shampooing your hair, your warm conditioner will be ready to use. The heat opens up the hair follicles and allows the hair conditioner to work deeper into the hair.

If you don’t have a clean brush on hand, use your ring finger to apply makeup. It’s best to use your ring finger because it’s gentle and creates the least pressure on your skin. Did you know that you can reduce the dark under eye circles with a potato? All you have to do is to grate a small raw potato, wrap the grated potato in a cheese cloth like a small pouch and squeeze it slightly until you see some potato juice. Massage the area under your eyes with the pouch for 5-10 minutes then rinse with cold water. Potatoes contain enzymes that naturally brighten and refresh the skin.
