Apply the DIY chocolate and coffee body scrub on your body, especially on your thighs and massage your skin in circular motion. Rinse the body scrub with warm water, and clean your shower because this body scrub can be a bit messy.

You will need 1 oz of dark chocolate (the higher the cocoa content, the better), 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of milk. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave , but don’t let it get too hot. Let it cool for a bit and add the milk and sea salt and mix well. Apply the homemade chocolate and salt face and body scrub on your skin and massage your skin with circular motion for 1 minute. You will need: 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of honey. In a small bowl mix all of the ingredients together until combined. Apply the homemade chocolate face and body scrub on your face and massage it for 1 minute. Rinse with lukewarm water. In a bowl, combine all of  ingredients and you can adjust the consistency according to your preference – if you want the scrub to be thicker add more cocoa powder, if you want it thinner add more extra virgin olive oil. You will need: 1 oz of dark chocolate (the higher the cocoa content, the better), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder and a dash of cinnamon. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, just don’t let it burn or get too hot. Once melted, let the chocolate to cool slightly before you add the sugar, because you don’t want the sugar to melt so you’ll have a scrub. Once the chocolate is cooled slightly, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Apply the homemade chocolate and ginger face and body scrub and massage your skin for 1-2 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. To make a body scrub, double or triple the recipe.
